Our security checks for irregular user activity on a regular basis, and will disable any accounts that have downloaded an unusually excessive amount of content during a short period of time.

Regular use of your account will not trigger security measures--only accounts that have a pattern of activity consistent with filesharers and those who are distributing their password will be disabled.

To avoid having your account disabled, please make sure only you have access to your username and password, and try to avoid downloading the same file multiple times. Downloading everything on the site will not cause your account to be disabled--but downloading all of it several times WILL.
