FAQ - I emailed you, but didn't receive an answer!

Crechebaby works very hard to make sure that all support inquiries sent to her are replied to the day they are received. Other questions may take a little longer.

If it's been more than a day since you emailed her regarding your account, and you haven't received a reply, please check your junk-mail filter, as they will occasionally catch the emails we send out.


Also, please be advised that Crechebaby does not respond to any emails on Sunday.
