Q I don’t use PayPal, can I pay another way?

A In the future, Sim Chic intends to expand our methods of receiving payment, but at the moment, we only accept transactions via PayPal.

Q I’m having trouble logging in.

A PayPal automatically issues usernames and passwords when you start up a subscription. Because of their security measures, your login info can be a little… odd. Our recommendation is that you copy and paste your login and password directly from the email PayPal sent you when you subscribed. Your login information can also be found in your PayPal account.

Q Can you cancel my account?

A This is something that you do from inside your PayPal account. From your Profile Summary (the first page you reach after the page loads forevvver), click on “History”. If you subscribed recently, the transaction may still be on your History page. If not, find the link titled “More Filters” – it’s just below the date entry fields for searching, and to the right. From there you will be able to select “Subscriptions and Agreements”, and then on “Subscriptions”. Your subscription to Sim Chic should show up on the resulting page, and you will be able to cancel from there. Thanks so much for subscribing, and we hope you enjoy your downloads!
